Migration and onboarding

A clear path from how you work today

Use the form below to tell us about your fishery. We use that context to recommend modules and plan configuration — commercial terms and go-live timing are confirmed with you, not promised as a generic public schedule.

How migration usually works

  1. Share how you operate today

Tell us about lakes, swims, booking rules, current tools and who runs the bankside day.

  2. Map modules to your venue

We recommend Bookings, Fishery Manager Pro and Fish Stock Pro based on how you actually sell and operate — not a one-size package.

  3. Configure waters, rules and payments

Lakes, availability, deposits, waivers and payment providers are set up to match your fishery.

  4. Migrate records as agreed

Customer lists, diaries or spreadsheet data can be planned into onboarding. Scope is agreed with you — we do not publish a fixed calendar.

  5. Train staff and go live

Your team learns the workflows they will use on site. Go-live timing is agreed for your venue, not promised as a generic industry average.

Onboarding and migration questions

What does onboarding cover?

Contact and fishery profile, how you book today, which modules you need, and enough context for us to recommend a setup path. Commercial terms and go-live timing are confirmed with you — not assumed from a public checklist.

Will you import our existing bookings and customers?

Migration of customer lists, diaries or spreadsheet data can be planned into onboarding. Exact scope depends on your data and is agreed with the CarpSync team.

How long does migration take?

We do not publish a fixed industry timeline. Duration depends on venue complexity, modules and data quality. Your preferred timing is captured in the form; we confirm a realistic plan with you.

Who owns our fishery and customer data?

Fisheries remain responsible for lawful use of customer and booking data. Privacy rights include access and portability. Ownership and exit language for commercial data is confirmed in your agreement.
